City Of Hampton Agendas

Act 505 amended the Freedom of Information Act's Open Public Meeting statute. One such change to the law is the requirement for any municipality that maintains a website or social media page to publish the time, place, date, and "the most current agenda for a public meeting online...at least three (3) days before a regular public meeting and at least two (2) hours before and emergency or special public meeting."
